Refund policy

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel the transaction according to the "Transaction Cancellation Consumer Protection Regulations" within 2 business days of receiving the shipment and receive a monetary credit minus 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) and minus the shipping cost.

The refund will be made in the same way as the transaction was made and in accordance with the instructions of the credit companies. All you have to do is ensure that the item is returned to us without any use, defect, or damage and with the invoice and label as received.

Please send the item by registered mail to P.O.Box 173 Mesilat Zion, Zip Code 9977000. We promise to return your money within 14 days of receiving the item, excluding shipping costs. As soon as we receive the package, we will contact you to complete the credit process.

The credit will always be carried out under the same conditions in which the transaction was debited. If paid in installments, the credit will also be in installments. If you choose self-pickup, the 14-day period begins the day after receiving the notification (by email or SMS) that the package is ready.

It is not possible to get a refund on an item bought on sale. However, you can exchange it for another item or get a credit. It is also not possible to receive a refund for a transaction paid with a loaded credit card (credit). Instead, you will receive a credit for use in the store.

Damaged item:

At BICA, we closely examine each garment before sending it to our customers. If, despite our efforts, we send you a damaged item, we apologize. We will exchange or credit you upon receiving the item back in our studio. Please contact us by phone at 054-4979579.

In case of a damaged item, a refund for the item and shipping will be made within 14 business days from the day the item is received by the studio without any cancellation fees. If you don't want to exchange but return the item, you can choose to receive a gift voucher for the website or the full amount back within 14 days without any cancellation fees.

Cancellation fees:

In the case of cancellation of a transaction not due to a defect or discrepancy, the business will be entitled to charge the user a cancellation fee as prescribed and in accordance with the law. The fee will amount to a rate of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.
